Some customers would rather not pay for an entire building upfront or take on a financed balance. Bentley’s also offers the option to pay for the project in agreed construction segments as the building progresses.

Instead of making one large payment, the total project price can be divided into predetermined stages tied to the actual construction process.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Building
Select your Bentley’s model, options, and project configuration.

2. Establish the Contract Price
Bentley’s establishes the total agreed project price and construction scope.

3. Create the Payment Schedule
The project is divided into agreed payment stages based on the construction process.

A project may include stages such as:

Contract / Initial Payment → Materials & Procurement → Structural Construction → Dried-In Building → Interior Rough-In → Interior Completion → Final Completion → Delivery or Installation

The exact number of stages and payment amounts depend on the individual project and are established in the construction agreement.

4. Construction Progresses
Bentley’s uses each stage of the construction process to move the project toward completion.

5. Payments Follow the Agreed Schedule
The customer makes the applicable payment when each contracted milestone is reached.

6. Final Completion
After the final construction stage and any remaining contractual requirements are completed, Bentley’s completes the agreed delivery, setup, or installation.
