Pay In Full

For customers who have the funds available and want to keep their project simple, Bentley’s offers the option to pay in full.

With this option, the customer pays the full contracted price for the building according to the terms established in the construction agreement. Once the required payment has been made, there is no remaining financed balance on the building.

Paying in full can be a straightforward choice for customers purchasing everything from a small backyard shed or office to a workshop, sauna, pool house, tiny home, recording studio, or larger custom building.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Building
Select one of Bentley’s standard models or discuss a qualifying custom project.

2. Establish the Contract Price
Bentley’s provides the agreed project scope, price, specifications, options, delivery requirements, and other applicable terms.

3. Pay the Contracted Amount
The customer pays the full project amount according to the construction agreement.

4. Bentley’s Builds It
Construction proceeds according to the agreed project schedule.

5. Completion & Delivery
Once construction is complete, Bentley’s completes the agreed delivery, setup, or installation for the project.
